Frozen Altars accent
I think I have the place name right. Is it just me or is the accent there really strange? This is quite random but I found the residents' voices funny.

Lol, I've always wondered what kind of accent those flipper boys were speaking. It sounds so deep and nasally and monotonous, makes me lol everytime they speak. Especially the one you freeze to get the gems in that cave, I like how he said "Brrrrrrr." xD.
