He is my favorite character, but i don't like him that much in AHT. Why can't he use his wings to fly? He didn't need jetpack in YOTD.

Or maybe because they made Flight-like levels to him in AHT and the YOTD fly style wouldn't fit in them.

i like SGT byrd. But i wonder why he needed a jetpack in AHT, he didnt need it back in year of the dragon

i agree with Sheep.

he was slower when he used his wings. and he couldn't make very sharp turns. =/ it'd be impossible to do a speedway level with that kind of flying style.

Did Sgt. Byrd appaer in any other games than YOTD, AHT and Attack of the ryhnocs/Adventure? I have seen him in those, but I don't have all the Spyro games.

It was Attack Of the Ryhnocs/Adventure. He uses his wings. Yeah that was fun big_smile

I liked Sgt. Byrd since I got AHT, which was a few days ago.
I like him in AHT. His voice fits him and he looks neat. And I like penguins! big_smile

Um... some Leopard Seal like creatures? That's what i mostly read/hear is a danger for penguins.

When Sgt. Byrd is underwater the Skua Gulls could attack with their legs by pushing them down through the surface. And you could barely see the shaddow of it.
