GLITCHES!!!

OMG! I have never in my whole entire live met a game with as many glitches as Enter the Dragonfly's got. I've got to agree with me I mean it's slow, it's choppy and the glitches in this game make it almost unbearable to play.

For example I had this glitch when I entered Cloud 9 and the screen just blacked out and I could still hear the whirlwind and then the Cloud 9 music but still absolutely nothing. I then felt like I wanted to put my foot through the T.V. screen when I had to reset my PS2 and do the previous two levels all over again!!! mad And there's plenty more glitches from where that came from!

some of the glitches are fun.. I have the gamecube version. I think it has the least amount of glitches that make it unplayable.

Hello, I was just playing the level: Monkey Monastry...and there is suppose to be 900 Gems to collect right? Well I ended up with 902/900 Weird xD

Yeah, that game has some serious issues to it. It definately should have not been released at that time.

I have found 2 more in the same level Monkey Monastry....

Well one of the monkeys had it's head backwards (freaky), as I moved spyro closer to the monkey it got fixed. Weird.

In that mini challenge where you slide and have to pass between the flags, when Spyro falls the screen goes black and you can only see spyro and a shodow of him and sparx falling until your time is up.

I know of a small vocal glitch in the game. Don't know if you can really call it a glitch, or the characters VA not being bothered to record one line, but....

Basically, on the Super Sticky Honey Slide, once you complete it and get to the bottom to talk to the person, if you choose to leave, they say "Ok, come back any time!"

The only thing is, it's a completly different voice! They went from hillbilly sounding to posh sounding in one line! I got it recorded as a message on MSN Plus, i'll have to re-record it and share it with you sometime!

yeah, this game was rushed, it has serious issues
Its frozen SO many times for me!

I use to hate this game but i sat down one day and thought "I'll finish it for once and for all" I did... Than i played it again.....

And again....
And again....
And again....

You get the picture, I feel in love with this game and it's long over due for another thrashing, I think i might finish it again soon.

Ratchet, The PS2 version always crashed on me after an hour or two. then i swapped it for the Gamecube version, and i enjoyed a crash free game XP

And Warrior, yeah i love this game too, i don't get why people hate it just cause it was a little rushed

i have a Wii now (my Gamecube gave up the ghost... and took one of my memory cards with it! O_o) so i play it on the Wii. same as GC, no crash tongue

i like it nonetheless though tongue

Some glitches are fun, though! There was one glitch where I made Spyro swim through the air, which made it look like he was flying.

Yes, a bit to glitchy.
I just remembered another glitch if found one or two years ago:
In the homeworld, at the beach, swim under the dock and up to the surface. Then move close to one of the poles and charge. (If I remembered right) Spyro is now walking on the ground in the water. To get back up at the surface(I think), you just have to use hornbash.

the glitches got on my nerves at times. My most noticeable glitch was one minut i was just walking around on that island whatever you call it, and the next i was swimming around in the air! weird.

I know a cool glitch in a level when you get out of a minigame portal.
as soon as you get out charge really fast and you'll move but your legs won't run it'll work for 5 sec. then the legs will move again. LOL big_smile

i don't think this is a glitch at all but in Luau Island when you walk to one of those tourist pigs... you can hear "a-ha" and "hmmm" if you turn up the volume its not the pigs saying that its the professor from spyro 2 when you sit there beside him he'll say the same things weird!!

If you flame the vases you have to charge, and quickly charge into it, you will go right through it, as it wasn't there.

the game is majorly glitchy, because the creators pushed the limit
the game was way too advanced for PS2 and that is why it was so glitchy
TEN was right on the edge of the finest quality you can get BEFORE it is as glitchy as ETD

um actually, no, that wasn't the reason <_<. The reason was because they didn't finish the game in time to fix all the glitches.

i was playing ETD today, and i got a REALLY weird glitch:

in the one tiki level (the one with the vacationing pigs)
i was playing the game and i was heading out of the area "protected" by nets and i was heading toward the area with the Hunter minigame (collecting the baby manarays) and all of the walls, the water, pretty much everything except, Spyro, Sparx, Zoe, Fodder, and the Enemies became INVISIBLE!

it was REALLY weird.

AND the game creators of the new Spyro said that thing that i posted, its on the Sierra Community Forums, not sure what topic, but it is there.
