New game would be good...Hope it would be something similer to the LoS storyline...I really don't care what you guys say, I LOVE the LoS series...It feels like a proper fantasy game...It's way better than the kid friendly Spyro...Now don't get me wrong, I like the old Spyro games..Along with some other games,it was one of my favorite playstation games...But lets face it...The LoS series has a deeper storyline, the graphics are amazing and they get extra points for using Gary Oldman. (Who is awesome.)
The LoS series did NOT ruin the fandom. Nor would a Spyro movie ruin it. The fans are doing that themselves by their constant whining and complaining about small, idiotic things. It's the Sonic fandom all over again.

The thing I like about Los is that it shows how the spyro series has "grown up" right with us. Like when we were kiddies, we enjoyed the younger game-style of the spyro games. But now that we're older, we enjoy more action and deeper plot like Los. Spyro has been following our growth, which I like. It probably won't go father than Los, but that's fine. If I had to guess about what they're planning next, I'd say a Ds game with the 3d graphics. Just an assumption to why it's taking so long.
