What do ya think is the best anime in the world!?

In Japan, 'anime' just means cartoon, so technically Chowder, Ben 10, and Family Guy would all be 'anime'. roll . Eh, I know, they're not really 'anime' anime in the non-Japan sense, but technically.
My favorite anime would be Hellsing. (The OVA, NOT the version with Incognito.) I haven't actually seen that much of it, but I love the manga. I also like Soul Eater.

Animé is French for cartoon right? hmm I'm confused now...

But I always identify animés by the typical character design. You know, big eyes etc etc...
