well i think that he would disturst her as she was being used by the Dark master but I think he belives that she as some Darkness left in her. but as he gets near the end of DotD he would like to say he is sorry. Sparx's asked cynder to look after spyro as he starts to trust her.

He is simply an evolving character. His distrust in her stems from his protecitve nature towards his brother...and himself. If someone had been that evil before and made a quick 90 degree turn then you wouldn't trust them much to begin with as well.
Over the series he has evolved to learn how to trust her by the end...and seeing as how both of them are still alive and well he will have pretty solid trust in her for the future games.

Well, Sparx was being careful... not a bad idea considering he's a dragonfly.
Spyro was rather quick to accept Cynder as good though, and the Guardians weren't even suspicious... kind of odd.

Personally I think that it's just Sparxs he isn't exactly a very trusting character. He's always complaining about danger too. Spyro's acceptance of Cynder just shows his character, he's willing to give second chances.

Sparx simply goes by his rather coward like feelings lol....and he is Spyro's brother in a way so no wonder he is the only one he pretty much trusts. He hids behind his feelings constantly and isn't afraid to lash out behind a wall of safety lol....so no wonder he feels the way he does about Cynder.

Sparx had really good reasons not to trust Cynder. She did, in fact, try to kill him more than once (and she did attack him in particular in one scene in ANB). I don't blame him for not trusting or liking her. It made the moment where he finally decided to be her friend in DotD one of the few good things about that game.
