It depends really... Spyro has been a very popular franchise worldwide, though mainly in USA and UK... it has a jepnese release, and with that in mind it's highly likely that there will be a russian release too.
It must be darned awkward for fans in contries which aren't the UK or USA like you to get a lot of stuff made in the US

Like everyone else, I don't know, sorry. The developers have been very quiet about details. Have you been able to get Spyro games in Russia? If yes, then perhaps the movie will be made available there as well?

Well, I think if movie not be able to get in Russia, I can get it on the Internet. I will get this film in any way. Because I LIKE SPYRO!!!!
