i can't get past the terrible style. couldn't they get anybody better to animate that? or, did they do that on purpose?!
i just feel like a show that's meant to be seen and enjoyed by a bunch of people that's *good* would have better presentation.

The style is a bit different, may or may not be your taste, but I didn't notice anything bad about the animation.
I watched the first season of the show as part of a deal with someone. It was definitely "random" at parts, but not in a bad way like "Cheese! Pickles! Ninja monkey pirate penguins!" I thought it was pretty good, and supposedly the later seasons get better.
