edit: if you notice that most of my songs are guitars than thats "cause i love accoustic and stringed instruments. im also yangish for some hardcore metal but it bothers me.

Anything by piano tribute conservatory.

game soundtracks are awesome, especially for TLOS.

so is new age / ambient / dark ambient / etc in addition to metal

I was raised into the Christian music genre and still enjoy bands and artists that do it right.  Relient K is one example.  I also enjoy Anberlin and the more hardcore Underoath.  It's a shame Underoath is without Aaron Gillipsie, though.  Oh yeah, The Almost is awesome too.
