As far as I know, you'll have to cross the river twice, maybe three times. Try to work backwards to plan your route.

Well you can't take the river (or you can if you're willing to fly constantly at a ledge for half an hour) so you should walk on either side of the river. This is completely possible. But bear in mind that the computer is absolutely useless at this, so you may wish to make two trips, just to stop the stress.

Thank you. So if I walk on the right one side of the river, I can get to the switches? Would I be able to get to them if I am on the opposite side?
