100 characters, a whopping 500 missions. On each of these you play as a different mission, depending on the mission attended. (Mostly Elora)

"We're going overboard!" is what this sounds like to me. Unless it's 2D or something that doesn't take too much space then it can be done...but why have 100 characters? It would work for a arcade fighting game like Tekken or Street Fighter but I don't know what else to do with that many characters. There are things like personalities, relationships, abilities, level design based on abilities, interactions, etc. It's going to be a mad frenzy. Still...it could be done. Just not now.

Why have a sonic game when this is meant to be about spyro? Also there aren't 100 characters in Spyro, mabye close to 50 or something if you got a leader from each place fro the games and all the dragons that appeared in STD

I doubt they'll have all 100 characters in one game. Too much memory, and a Sonic game is off-topic here.

Yes, but you would need a console with a hell of a lot of memory to do that if you meant all at the same time, but if you mean pick and choose, it might work.
