Sparx had really good reasons not to trust Cynder. She did, in fact, try to kill him more than once (and she did attack him in particular in one scene in ANB). I don't blame him for not trusting or liking her. It made the moment where he finally decided to be her friend in DotD one of the few good things about that game.

Well at that moment I think it became pretty clear to him that she was not intending to hurt him...but you never know......he might still be skeptical about it.

Fortunately, his distrust has finally died when he told Cynder to look after Spyro for him.

What can you say? Sparks seems to hold a grudge about it. (although I don't think that's the proper term.)

Sparx simply goes by his rather coward like feelings lol....and he is Spyro's brother in a way so no wonder he is the only one he pretty much trusts. He hids behind his feelings constantly and isn't afraid to lash out behind a wall of safety lol....so no wonder he feels the way he does about Cynder.

No, I mean he doesn't trust many others except for, spyro, and he definetely doesn't trust anything that once had to do with evil.

Personally I think that it's just Sparxs he isn't exactly a very trusting character. He's always complaining about danger too. Spyro's acceptance of Cynder just shows his character, he's willing to give second chances.

The sparx hates cynder idea is great for fanfics.

don't ask how many fanfics i have read where spyro jumps in and whacks sparx
