Are you guys trying to say that, that image was used by the people who made that other Spyro website without that maker of that dragon's permission or what?
Because in the DOTD game you can see that image of the yellow dragon head in the game, when you go to chapter select. It's at the top.

It's either true or some over-zealous fan being a bit paranoid. *Shrugs* To be honest I don't really care, if there's no copyright then people are free to do what they want with the designs, no?
