a quick look at the site guide would tell you that roms are not welcome on this site.

No communication for the downloading of illegal roms is permitted on this site.

If you do not own the game, the rom is illegal. It is illegal to distribute a rom that you own to other people. If they own it, then they do not need your rom because they already have it.
