Yeah, you can just go into those teleporters at the beginning of each World and go right back. It's still in the Old storyline, so back-tracks are possible.

Its my first post, i want say hi to all I have a question:
Before final fight with Red, can i go to firsts locations like Crocovile Swaps or i can't? I want to collect all Dragon Eggs, Light Gems etc. Im already playing on third world, and this question frustrate me. Please help me answer this.
