Well, for the gems, I'd just recommend after beating the yetis, to go through the course without a snowboard. If that doesn't work, since you've gotten all the eggs, use Sparx's pointing to gems ability you got from the last Sparx Round.

For the egg, I'd say just keep practicing. The tricks that gives you the most turbo in the snowboard are Twisted Lemons/Limes. Go here for instructions on how to do Skateboard tricks.
