I believe it's Twilight Falls, not Enchanted Forest.

I found the elite enemy by trying to scale the mountain back up, and hey, it worked XD

The only problem I have with the Valley of Avalar is I can't find the last red health upgrade gem thing.

Hmmm y'know how you climb the vines to do the wall run over to another platform, there's an opening just to the left of that, if you follow that around for a bit you'll come across one there ...

Apart from that I got no clue as to where it could be

The only problem I have with the Valley of Avalar is I can't find the last red health upgrade gem thing.

Then as I was playing the game a bit more, I found like a set of stairs and an opening in the wall, through to a crystal egg, then behind it was the wind current - if you hop in it .. it takes you somewhere on the map to a clearing where an Elite Grublin pops up .. fight it and you get a piece of armor for either Cynder or Spyro ..

Now another thing as you land in the Hermit's camp, notice where the beam of light is where you can save your game - just across from it is like a little hut, when you walk inside there's the Hermit, and a chest containing another piece of armor, and to the right on a ledge you'll see another green egg ...

So for those that play the game a bit TOO quick, stop slow it down a bit and have a look around you'll find things you never knew were there in the first place
