I love the movie Dragonheart and the sequel especially. One of my favourite dragon movies ^_^

I'm just looking for more fantasy movies about Dragons.

They are very fascinating, I just hate it when a movie is thrown up on the screen that does them more harm then good....one of the few that have not is Dragonheart.....but Eragon was very back in terms of being true to the story and feeling given to you by the novel.

It still did somewhat ok at the box office thanks to the loyal book fans who all went to see it.....but it was still considered a relative failure....I'm just hoping this movie doesn't do the same.

I've watched it three times in two years.....that shows you how much I like it....I'm surprised I watched it that much...and I do like dragons.

I don't praise Eragon. I love dragons but I don't praise Eragon. I've only watched it twice in two days ^^

You have to read the book to understand just how much they butchered a great novel. Eragon was an awesome book, but the movie does it absolutely no justice at all. It's kind of hard to justify anything if you have not even read the writings it was supposedly based upon....but the last book has me worried about the books in general...anyways hopefully they don't butcher it that bad.

I havent seen Eragon the movie but i have heard it sucks.

We all have our own opinions. I love Eragon the movie but I haven't read the book.

I can assure you... no one here on the forum wants the movie to suck.

Lets all cross fingers and hope for the odds of 1/100 that it will be actually good.

Eragon was horrible. The sets were horrible, the script was terrible, and the vast majority of the actors were painful to watch. The only thing I liked about it was how Saphira turned out....but they even managed to screw that up. Hopefully this movie will not suffer such a fate.
