and when i ment a better job with the ps2 version i ment the environments parts (like avalar) it needs more trees and things to me it looks a bit empty (hey i have been watching nothing but 360 spyro vid play b4 it came out in australia and i was kinda expecting not much difference between the 2)
so yes i now do like the game alot more
oh and thanks volteer32 for the cheats  the game is even better with the new breaths and the unlimited mana that goes with it
it is a great game story wise and with the ideas of  flying and such
but i would still like to know the difference between the environments and characters for the different consoles tho

Graphics wise it's by far the best in the series.

well i just bought the ps2 version  and it is A REAL LETDOWN !!!!!

if u just look at the cheetas they  well are really badly done
and sparks looks like hes anorexic or somthing
if anyone also noticed that the voice acting sounded a bit off comin out of the speakers then please tell me im not the only 1
and yes i know if you buy the ps2 version u are just asking for lower graphics ect but i really think that they could have done a better job  withthe ps2  version of the game

all 'n all it is a really good game!!!!!
im gonna rent the wii version to see the quality between the 2 (ill tell u guys the difference then)
i would get it on xbox but im 2 scared ill get the red ring of death thing on the xbox 360 and not b able 2 play it at all

Seriously dagz ? *shakes his head* Compare this game to ANB and TEN (graphics wise) - they're much better than what they were back in the other two games. Yes I DID notice Sparx's lil glitchy thingy where his eyes were "sunk" back in his head ... dude that looked so weird and so freaky.

Volteer when I first heard him on DOTD I reckoned he sounded like an old man, but hey that's just me hopefully he'll pipe up a bit more during the game.

But otherwise all in all I reckon it's a far better game, NOTHING like TEN at all..

I didn't think the PS2 version was a letdown at all. For the console's limitations they did a good job.

Also, you seem to be complaining more about the design for Sparx and the cheetahs then graphical quality, and.... just read over what you said, you may notice some inconsistency.
