That's what someone said to me on page 10 of this topic when I used the Slammin in the meadow term. I was only repeating what someone said to me.

Darn, I thought it was really getting around. I didn't care if the remark was negative as enough ppl seemed to like it. But i thought you meant you were hearing reception everywhere. Anyhow, thanks for welcoming me back btw. =P

Nah, I wouldn't want to see her mysteriously disapear either, I don't really know what I actauly wanna see in the future regarding this, but I want it to be happy, and I want them to... I don't know, but I want this love story to continue... As long as they don't ruin it, which is too easily done though, but I hope for the best.

where might you havee heard that? i re read this thread before posting so has my movement really spread that far? have ppl been saying it on other threads? other sites!? around the net?!=) please clue me in i havent been on in a while

Apparently we aren't supposed to use that 'slammin in the meadow' term anymore, it's ran its course and people don't like it lol at least that's what I've been told.

I agree with the Theory that they are "Slammin' in the Meadow" and to add on it....they are leaving their mark in the meadow too....so if you look for them, watch where you step

If more games are made in the same universe you wouldn't think they would break up, it's the first real relationship that the developers have given Spyro and I don't think breaking them up would be the best idea because they'd have to make it believable. I think the next series of games will be called The New Age as The Chronicler said that a new age is begining.

Woow, that is the most amazing theory I've ever heard, and I was actaully thinking the same thing. They really have to stick with this love story for upcoming games, or they'll loose my support.
And regarding the follow-up discussion, they have pretty much confirmed that there will be more games set in the same "unviverse" as Legend of Spyro, but under another name, as the LEgend of Spyro serie is over.

i cant believe this thread is still so strong. i feel so appreciated. any how, i believe that there will be future games in this set world and to answer to the new guy, i do not believe there will be any breaking up. i would like to see freeroaming and more of a rpg feel, but no armor. basically id like it augmented with the style of zelda tp and maybe a T rating

ok thanks for clearing that up. Sorry for the long post I just wasn't sure anyone would respond since this thread started months ago and I wanted to put in my oppinion without double posting. I still think that their relationship now is that they are probally together but in a future game ther're relationship will take on one of thoughs five.

Make sure that you do try to stay on topic with longs posts such as that....anyways I will answer with what I believe as well....on the topics regarding this thread.

As Fresh Blood said before.....the developers of the game confirmed that the two were NOT brother and sister...nor anything like siblings. Also like he said......they would not have did what they did in DotD if they kept them as brother and sister...they are not that stupid....they simply came from the same batch of eggs at the dragon temple...where all the eggs were being kept.

I don't really know about what they will do in the future games....but I can only assume that it will involve the two dragons in either another adventure or perhaps the advantrues of their offspring. I do believe that more games will be made...basically because it was stated before the release of DotD that if the game met with enough success then they would continue to build upon the world that they have created...but don't look to see anything out soon.

They definately aren't Brother and Sister. They're from the same brood of eggs, but not the same parentage. A brood can mean the children of a family but it can also mean memebers of a species or a group that shares an origin, i.e. dragon origin. The developers have said they are not Brother and Sister, do you really think they would have got them together in a game geared towards children if they were?
And if I was honest I dont think there would be a direct sequel to TLoS series, it just doesnt seem like it's necessary what with the difinitive ending they gave DotD, there's nothng else that needs to be coverered.

Ok I just read this and joined today. There is something that has been bugging me about the I love you part. Not that I don't think it's great in all I actually think that they are togethor but the thing that confused me is the fact that Spyro and Cinder are brother and Sister, that was said in the Eternal Night. So could someone please make this clearer. Is it true that maybe they are not bro/sis.

Now there is something else I want to say. Now They way that most games go is that when someone hooks up with the Hero One of five things happen if they make a sequel (this is based on the shows I watch)

One: the couple break up some where in between the movies/games, like take National Treasure 2 and Indiana Jones. They may get back with them in the end though.

Two: The Hero is in the Sequel while the GirlFriend/boyfriend stays at home or whatever. or the hero must rescue his/her girlfriend/boyfriend For Example Spyro will go on the next Adventure while cynder doesnot or Spyro has to save Cynder

Three: they will basically stay as friends or something like that and they just Hint that something is going on or somthing went on between them.

Four: the girlfriend/boyfriend dies

five: they both go on the adventure but they draw away from each other as the adventure goes on.

I beleive if they make a sequel one of those five will happen.

I do think they are a couple now. but then agian it's possible they stay friends and don't hook up just then. basically what I was trying to say in my third point.
oh and by the way I actually like the remake but then I only played the Season of Ice and I played Enter the dragonfly but it glitched. I think the melee attack in dotd was too slow through and I think the dotd was to short compared to the other two games in los. a nother thing I plan I making a Game based on what happens next in the spyro series it is part of my Sonic Quest idea the second in the bunch( i think) I'm working on the first game in Sonic Quest. Sorry for getting off subject there for a sec.
PS there was a girl that was in the series I'm not sure how popular she was but maybe they'll add he if they make a sequel. she was Bianca the Sorceress. and do you think they'll put Grendor in the sequel?
