Two more days to go now Australia and TLOS: DOTD is here!!

And the best thing about them is they're both work days so tomorrow should absolutely fly by .. then Tuesday, and then finally Wednesday to get the game

being a new game its gonna be a little expensive

That's ok Thundersoul,

The game for PS2 costs $49.95 (hence the reason why I said $50 is I rounded it up).

So that would mean that if you put down a $10 deposit to pre-order it means that the remaining balance is $39.95 when I head up to the store in the next few days time to pick it up ..

it should only be 40 for PS2 and 50 for PS3 and Xbax360 since its takes more money for the nextgens

Well depends which system you're getting it for, if it's Playstation 2, like mine, it'll set you back $50, a $10 deposit is what I put down on it about a couple of months prior to the game coming out (yeah I know I'm eager) and then the remainder is fixed up when the game comes out ...

Let's just hope I get the strategy guide thrown in ... that'd be a sweet deal

Yeah ratchet I got it alright, I finish @ 6 pm on Wednesday - not enough time for me to get up to the shop and get it, so what I'll do is wait until Thursday night, grab it on the way home, play a bit that night.

Then I got all of Friday to play it as I got the day off work ..... sweeeeeeeeeeet!

Thing I love most about this game is Spyro's and Cynder's new ability to grapple with the enemies and absolutely beat them senseless ... lol ya see Spyro grab an enemy and then pound them on the ground a few times ... then release ...

Or imagine with his horn dive how he could modify that into some sort of piledriver move .... it'd be awesome if he could!

But for me it's going to be a bit longer than that!!!

I've been rostered to work a late shift Monday to Friday during the week of its release ... so I guess I'll have to wait until Saturday 8th to get it ... and play it all weekend.

No big deal!

From what I've seen of this game, I am downright impressed with what it's got to offer. Not just in voice talent (I know now who Wayne Brady is!), but in action, scenery and basically the whole thing wrapped up in one package.

I have a fair understanding what the storyline is all about, including some of the major twists in it ... but for those that don't know or haven't found out yet ... I'll hold back on what I know until I have finished the game.

I'll have to find out if I can shift-swap for an earlier one ... or see if I can get Thursday off so I can go up after I finish work and get the game, or I may very well have to wait until the weekend.. can you tell I'm itching to get my hands on it and start playing it ???
