Sorry, I'm just not interested in a romance-orriented game and I'm really not interested in even discussing the romance in Spyro games since it should be to the side. All of the fictional couples I like in family-based media I only like purely for the commercial aspect and nothing else. Even if I liked Cynder as his romantic counterpart, I don't want to see the next game focusing on their relationship because that would be TERRIBLE.

In any case that whole "to be just like you and me they need mates" thing baffled me because it was so ridiculous. There's plenty of single people out there, not everyone is a romantic.

Haha but satire is awesome, and I was glad it was satire because I'm tired of clichéd dragon stories. At least the old games had the attitude of "forget dragons being 'majestic' creatures, they're actually just like you and me and have their own news show!"

Sometimes opinions do make me want to punch someone in the face if the opinion is incredibly ignorant. I don't think that one was, but Activision itself makes me want to punch everyone in the face because of how many things they've ruined outside of Spyro. Even if they do try to go back to the old timeline and platforming, I doubt they'd pull it off to make a good game.

How is it that we seem to always have the exact same opinion, but you can explain it so much better? =P

It's been stated that there will be future Spyro games in the reboot setting (which can no longer be called LoS because that arc of the story is over).

Heheh, I'm not sure if you're joking but in case you aren't, the word "satire" doesn't have anything to do with "satyr."

Satire is almost a genre of its own in writing in which it's often an irony or ridicule, usually of something that already exists, and most of the time is an improvement. It's often considered a form of humor but mostly it's just attacking what it's focusing on. You can kind of see the old Spyro in that way because the dragons didn't act like how people usually see them, and neither did a bunch of the fantastical creatures either. You had the fauns playing with yo-yos and stuff and having valley girl accents.

To think that the trilogy started out as Spyro playing tag... Then ending with something like that...

life goes by fast...especially when you're a dragon saving the world.
