There's a circuit for Spyro to charge, but leave it be for now, there's a door Cynder can get past w/ cloak of shadows...goes to a switch, switch lowers a block with key sticking out.

Then have Spyro charge the circuit thing, then climb up the vines by the key thing and grab the bottom of the block. Have the dragon not hanging on fly towards the left (or at least the left from the current camera angle)
