Keep everything the same, except where everything's black, make it red, and where everything's red, make it black. And at the bottom (if there's room) put "Kristin" and make the letters in a "red, black" pattern. Also, make it the same size as your's, and keep the background white.

OK, avatars. Save a picture on your computer that's 110x110 pixels or less. Then choose "upload avatar from your machine," find the picture you saved, and submit.
