[sub]I think it's OK that they chose to keep it simple. That way, it can appeal to all ages, including kids who've never played a game before.

It would have been interesting to see how that turned out, though. [/sub]

I guess you can technically have some of those temporarily in the next games. Invincibility, super jump, and fireball are all things you can get. Superflame's in the first game though.

You are right Stormy, it doesen´t exist in any Version!
I found this Info at a Press Cd that cames with the European collectors Edition.
It was planed for Spyro in a early alpha Version!I don´t know why they decide to let that things away, maybe it was to complex for a kids Game this time, maybe they had not much Disc space left to do that or the Time was not enough to do all the features in the final Game. I don´t know.

[sub]That was probably during the testing stages, like some of those people said. I think that's what Daxter meant. I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure that doesn't exist in any official game. [/sub]

Theres some other things there that I didn't recognize either, but the power-ups were the most interesting. Could it perhaps be from another country or possibly a early demo version?

Somebody posted this in another thread

Spryo Power-ups
Power-ups take the form of secondary characters or “friends” who endow Spyro with special abilities. The first time that Spyro encounters each friend, a cinematic sequence will be played where the friend explains the “gift”. Each power-up will time out after a certain period. Power ups include:

super flame (given by a flame salamander)
Invincibility (given by an armadillo)
Super jump (given by a frog)
Time slow (given by an elf)
Fireball (given by a small wizard)
__________________________________

Which version of the game is this in and does anyone have a video of one of these encounters?
