I don't know really. Just try and make everything fun. I find that I forget lots of things if I'm doing something.

Everyone dies sonner or later if you fell sad then visit his grave and pay your respects. I had plenty of reltives die of old age and other causes. its a fact of life

Try playing a few games. It it angers or saddens you, take your anger out on violent video games (if you have any and you're allowed to play them).
