another thing about the spam forum is that most people love to spam and new users maybe attracted to the site (considering its the only site i know that has a spam forum)

He means that he wanted to shut down the Spam forum. I personally wouldn't care, but I really don't see what's wrong with it.

I think its good to allow people to do something that usually isnt allowed there, so then they get it out of their system. the spam forum is no longer very active.

I think that it is a good idea because farbee (sfrb) and tsif (thesorceressisfat) would not be able to contian their spammy spammynessnessness without it and it keeps other members in line.

Okay, I was wondering - is the Spam Forum really necessary? Most forums don't like spam, that's good, but why is there a forum dedicated for it? Despite the fact that everyone may think it makes people "spam there and not spam on other forums", I don't see the use. We should just consider spam off limits site-wide.

That's my two-cents. Nothing against anyone here, I just don't like the idea of it.
