I dont know...but its in most games, and they arnt that scary....Its just liquid rock...think of it that way.

Volcanos are scary. i don't like them my nightmares tend to have volcanois in... scary... :'(

A game cant be complete with out lava :3 Every game has some sort of lava....you just have to look...

There's been loads of forests and fields and arctic places too. Don't complain about volcanos. They're cool.

They're huge mountains filled with lava, they're intimidating to be near, much less inside. Putting a character inside a volcano creates a sense of...danger, fear maybe? I don't know how else to word it.

Why are there always volcano places in nearly every Spyro game. Well, the ones I've played. There was one in A Hero's Tail and one in A New Beginning and it looks like there's going to be one in Dawn of the Dragon.
But why? WHY?!
