Both ANB and TEN were E10. DotD will more than likely be E10 as well.

Different countries have different rating systems and different standards for content. I don't think the game has been rated yet, but in the US it will probably be E10.

I think age rating is a system of rating games. If game is brutal ( or scary, or anything like that ), special group ( like PEGI ) rates it +18 (age), +16, +7, +3... This rate is on cover of game.
I think that this is age rating.
But I can be wrong...
