For the signature you need the IMG tags which are essentially [ img ] [ / img ] (just without the spaces.

For uploading pictures to a post use the Upload Picture Tag which is located above the post.

You can go to Photobucket or any other site that uploads photos. Once you upload it, right-click it and select "Properties". Highlight and copy all the text next to the "URL" word. Close the little window and come here. type [img]then the URL, then[/img].
So it would end up like this:

[img]URL[/img]

Just do this:

[img]yourtexthere[/img]

That's what I do and it works perfectly.
