...I honestly dont know if i am right for my Gf...She is realy hyper all the time and i want her to be calm...but she likes being hyper....and she is always talking about people i have no idea and she thinks i know them.....ITS HARD!!!!

i used to be like all of you but then i found the reason and it was because i never let myself settle for a full time girlfriend, until I met Anna.

A relationship starts in high school or after graduation not when your younger but I have been thinking none stop about the girl I like for the past couple of days so yeah I am a helpless romantic and proud.

Too true Fletch. Its been proven anyway, that something like 60% of all people meet the person they are going to spend the rest of their lives with in University. 5 year-olds going out with someone? Kids that age don't know the true meaning of the term 'going out', its stupid. They will just go around the playground saying "I go out with so-and-so" and basking in the glow of the other kids' curiosity, they will get popular because the other kids won't know what it means so will always be asking them questions. The kids that are going out probably won't even see each other outside of school and probably don't tell their parents either...... Nonsense if you ask me, that isn't a relationship.....

she never said you couldnt she said you shouldnt

why? because at that age you arent mature enough for anything that could really be called a relationship, there are a lot of feelings involved and in the years just before during and after puberty youre body and mind goes through a huge amount of changes which occur to make you ready for an adult relationship

pre-teen, neither your body nor your mind has really matured yet, any relationship formed here is going to be lacking in maturity, as long as contact is limited to holding hands, cuddles and kisses with no tongue theres nothing wrong with it, just keep in mind that at this age you shouldnt expect any large degree of privacy, parents have every right to check in on you every few minutes (and i feel they should do so)

13-16
youre going through puberty, any relationship here has an extremely high likelihood of being based on lust, hormones are flareing and males especially are going to have sex on the brain, females will be more or less split down the middle, those who respect themselves enough to not give their virginity away and those who think the most important thing in the world is finding a boyfriend so if he asks for sex then he'll get it

17-19
over here in australia youre legally allowed to have sex once you turn 16, frankly i think thats ridiculous, however changing it is pointless since a large number of teens have had it multiple times by now, this age is probably best if youre looking for a meaningful relationship, puberty will be over for most (though for many the immaturity and lust will remain) in saying that however, there are more important things to worry about, specifically school work, if you feel that you can juggle both, then by all means do so

Listen though, if you have a friend of the opposite gender, that's not having a "boyfriend" or "girlfriend". That's having a friend that's the opposite gender of you.

What about 13? Besides its ok to have a boyfriend/girlfriend at a young age.

I see nothing "wrong" about having an actual bf/gf at a young age. I would think the idea is a tad extreme, but it's just the fact that young kids might not properly handle the responsibility that comes with having that kind of relationship.

theres nothing wrong with boyfriends/girlfriends at young ages, it happens, as long as certain boundaries arent crossed theres no harm in it, its just that its not going to be very meaningful or long lasting

i think the real problem is people under the age of 13, or for that matter under the age of 16 stressing because they cant find a boy/girlfriend, ive been there, i know it feels like its the end of the world but it isnt, not being in a relationship before turning 18 does not mean youre going to spend your life alone, especially since relationships formed before that time are highly unlikely to be long lasting
