OK, first of all, let me give you a few tips:

1. Do not give out random administrator positions to people
2. Do not give out random moderator positions to people
3. People don't care about moderating a site with no activity, so you shouldn't recruit moderators until you have some decent activity because you can easily moderate it yourself.
4. Don't advertise your forum on another forum without permission.
5. Don't advertise on my forum.
6. Enjoy the perma ban.
