SSB would be more likely but it would still be nearly impossible for two reasons:

-Third party companies HATE Nintendo. (Like Universal)

-Nintendo had to pay Sega tons of cash to get sonic in to Brawl and the only reason they put him in is because they had a poll to ask which non-nintendo character should be in Brawl and he won. Spyro wouldn't be popular enough for Nintendo to bother trying.

KH and Spyro are both great, but they need to stay in their own little worlds.

he can't be on it because the game is reseved for Disney and Final Fantasy charicters only

Why would he be in it? Disney would have to pay Universal a ton of money to get him in and there would be no point. Spyro isn't popular enough for it to be worthwhile.
