15-16 year olds? We are talking like collage proffessor smart for that book...it has equations i dont even under stand... and its very difficult..but still it connects everything together like teleconisis, precognition, apperitions of spirits, near death experiances, and alot more...

stand very still dont breath yourself until you need to and be quiet. it wont understand and pass on by. and might even leave....forever.

mines sort of a simple one for kids. not really 15-16 year olds.

Also....a good guid with your....tho it requires ALOT of reading and ALOT of deep deep deep understanding of what you just read try the offical hand book of Parapsychology.... Thick stuff....
