Both are pretty OK.

Both under 500KB, and isn't long to load.

Yes, we had a hard time on big sigs. If you look at my post on the Ban List, there is a screenshot of his oversize sig.

Spyrorocks and Doppelgangergang thanks for doing something about this! It was getting annoying to me pretty much that many people had oversized banners. Oh yes, I remember the huge Spyro banner by Madguns22 now! I saw it at the topic. I was there. It was getting annoying everytime he posted the page stretched, he stretched every darn page. Meh!!!??!?? If I get my hands on a huge signature I'll rip the person's head off! Grr! Oops. Man do I have anger problems?!

Yes.

Could save our tail because someone may sue SF for giving his kids some seizures. (I know someone that sues the crap out of anyone, so I don't want that to happen here.)

I'll shoot down the banners that flash lights, colors and patterns rapidly (strobing patterns).

My concern it could trigger a seizure to guests and members.

Well, the only thing now is filesize.

It's going to suck if someone posted 1MB animations and you're on a dialup.
