Um, actually, the "Wonk uoy naht noitceffa erom deen I" is said in English, backwards. It's not a Japanese sentence at all. Just so ya know, it sounds like "I need more affection than you know" backwards because it is.

Sorry,I don't know how to post a link,but if you go on youtube and type "simple and clean reversed subbed",it tells you the creepy yet catchy song (there is also one for sactuary,kingdomhearts 2 song.)
