Prostitution is illegal and gets dealt with, and the only place you'll really find it are in really crappy neighborhoods.

But trust me, if you're looking for a place without premarital sex, you'll be looking for a long time.

I'm not sure how many cities you have been to but in my experience prostitution stays in the extremely ghetto parts of the world and Vegas (where it's actually legal)
