well, in any event, I happened to stumble across this pretty little site:

of course, it's no CD, and they're all MP3's and I found 2 that may not work, but still, it's free!

I'm just one of the lucky ones. I own the rare items of this game. I'm very skilled at getting my hands on Spyro merchendise.

Anyway, I own the soundtrack. I was browsing Ebay, and I found it for $10.00. I was worried it woulden't work, cause, it was comeing from England. (I'm from the US.)
It took off and played nicely!
