There isn't an exact speed but around 200mph with the right wind.

Running, not too fast. Dragons prefer to fly over running.

i know plenty of dragons who can breath lightning and ones who can control crystal if you find that possable

Only 2 dragons in history have been able to control lightning. Breathing lighting simply cannot occur in a dragon's body due to the fact that lightning cannot be breathed. Dragons hate lightning. (Save for the 2.)

well i don't see how that could be even an elemental dragon one who can breath fire ice etc can't even make it go that far.

and heres another thing i remember from awhile back a dragon can breath more than one element not just fire they've been known to use lightning as a breath
