I like to cheat the game because if I don't then grinding down the enemies' hp is a pain. Therefore:

Lightning: toss enemies with 50 hits worth of hp off a cliff.

Fire: wide range plus a second of breathing room to launch an attack against non-huge enemies.

Ice: for enemies near ledges and lava pits before lightning or when I'm feeling creative. XD

Earth: stuck in non-use because it uses more mp than it's worth.

i don't really understand how it's breathing earth to begin with. when did the earth ever look like a green explosion? why can Spyro breathe tornadoes? but it's helpful, and it's in a video game, so i don't particularly care.

ice has its uses, i just don't use it a lot. i don't have the patience to fight most of the enemies in the game so, i just... use earth... and get it over with ^^

I guess I'm in the minority who actually liked ice the most, although apparently it was pretty weak according to this thread. After that used fire, electricity, then earth.

I actually don't really remember much about electricity or fire, but I think I didn't like earth because, even though it sounds like it was actually the strongest, I didn't notice the physical effects of the damage as much as the other three, so I assumed it was weaker. (Plus I still think the idea of breathing earth makes no sense....)

earth. after that, either electricity or fire, depending on if the enemies are near an edge or not (i'll give you 3 seconds to figure out which i use if they're near an edge.)

Earth, then electrity, then fire...never use ice...its awful.

I use Fire the most.. then Electricity, and Ice. Lastly, Earth. I never use it..

tough..i'd say fire and earth...because earth is very powerful and fire doesnt use mana very quickly.

i use Earth in ANB cause its the most effective and the funnest haha.

2-Ice
3-fire
4- electricity
With Earth I just shoot out a tornado and sit back Ice is cool ( how ironic) fire works pretty well, and for me electricity sux. Can't use it well I'M SORRY! XD

My list:

1. Fire- I like to use it while using meeles
2. Earth- Basicaly everybody elses reason, it's strong, but gets boring coz it's too strong.
3. Electricity- Who doesn't like watchin' apes flying off massice cliffs?
But it takes too much magic to kill 'em with.
4. Ice- It's weak... but I enjoy turning apes into massive snowballs and pushing them off the edge lol.[/i]

Depends on where I am in the game but its a mixture of fire earth and electricity that I use the most ice was only good for those ANNOYING scorpions in munitions forge.

I mostly use Earth because its the strongest but Ice is mainly strong against the Buffalo Beetles and not the Dreadwings. Fire is good all round and Electric is good for throwing enemies of edges and cliffs =P

By the end I was using Earth more often, espiecally for slow-motion air combos.

I use fire the most. Earth eats up the energy bar too fast for my tastes.

I like to use mainly Fire, Electricity, and earth. (In that order)
IMO Ice isn't that good. Hardly any damage..

But, heck, most of the time I just melee..XD
