You are in Sunken Ruins-and to get that gem behind the window you need to activate that "24 Light Gem Gadget" and then dive into the green water.
When you surface again you will be in the room with the Light Gem/

Trying to help my little 6 year old. He's stuck in front of this room with Glass windows and has to get gems out. There's these large round skylights in the room with moss and weeds hanging off them. The windows have some broken bits on them and theres a little guy at the front saying he needs 24 gems when you triangle. We cam through a door where were these jelly fish things.
