School is def part of it.....I'm glad I'm not balancing that into it right now...but I still have plenty to do with work and the Navy..so I go there to vent what I need..

yep. school can get in the way for a lot of people, so most are probably busy with that.

yes. i need to talk to some of them more. most of them don't get on much anymore.

Very true...hence why I go out of my way to stay in contact with them....at least I try to...

i completely agree with you. there are definitely some nice people on there. it almost like being part of a family. cause in a way, we are one.

Very very true......I actually don't talk to any of the readers unless they send in a review...obviously because I can't talk to them anyways lol....but if show interest in my story then I will return the favor for you as a fellow author.

Until then we can only do what we can to help our writtings grow. I relish the experience really. I have met a lot of good people on here.

as we said before, it's a learning experience, no matter how old you are. at least here we can actual talk to readers. most actual authors can't. or well somewhat.

Yeah I was mad when they screwed up the sight like that...I think I had over 6,000 hits when they managed to mess it up. Anyways that's why most people don't review...simply because they lose interest in the chapters being so so long.

It's just something I have to wok on in the future...so I'll fix it.

not a bad idea. that's kinda why i haven't reviewed yet. but i will read. i just wish i could see how many actual hits my story has. i don't care if they're from fanfiction or not. before they changed the website, i almost had 1000. i want to know how many i have!!

Well that's true when it comes to first starting out. Now that I have gotten better....I look for reviews...unfortunetly I have not gotten as many as I would have hoped...so a friend of mine recomended shortening the chapters...so I will in the future...

oh yeah. but it's good to be long. actual books are longer. at least this helps us get better at writing. after all for me, now i can see what others think of my writing. hard to tell if it's good or bad when no one can read it.

Well some people have trusted me with their stories. I love working with other authors...we all have to stick together if we want to get better. I'm glad that you like my story....if I could go back and redo some things though I would...I should have made the chapters a lot shorter...

Hey man whatever works for you lol......I wish I could give the ending away to my story...but I can't do that lol......I would kinda majorly ruin things.....ouch.
