I'm making Banner & Avatar requests. Prices vary, though basic prices have been listed.

Icon/Avatar Examples
 

A general icon is 100 Gems. By default, I'll add your username to it, unless you'd like me to add something different in. Or, you can just have no text on it at all. I can also blend in two pictures or two characters, but this will be 200 Gems.

At the moment, banners are very varied. For one like my banner, it would be 1000 Gems, as they really do take me a long time to make (That would include me taking a screenshot and cutting it down to size, deleting the background, smoothing out the edges, etc.). If all you want is your name, a picture and a border, it would only be about 500 Gems. Let me know what you're after, and I'll work it out for you.

I can generally do requests within 10-30 minutes of the deal being sorted, I'll let you know if it's going to be longer.
