Evading a ban means making another account while your account is banned.

If you are contributing something to the thread, it doesn't matter how old it is, or if you are wanting to revive it instead of making a new one I'm cool with that too, but you gotta make your reasons clear for posting in a 2 year old thread

Not necessarily.

Bumping is acceptable if you asked a question and it was unanswered.

But bumping a TWO TO THREE YEAR OLD THREAD just for the heck of it is considered SPAM and you will be banned.
