			<description><![CDATA[<p>I know it&#039;s true that you can get banned for &#039;art theft&#039; , but can you get banned for putting an effect on a piece of art like putting fire on it or making a negative version?&#160; (I work with fire and lightning and stuff like that.)&#160; Just wanted to know just to be safe.</p>]]></description>
