Yeah, I agree, no doubt about it. Why would he even have a reason to hurt her?

Spyro was not going to hurt Cynder at all lol....you can clearly tell that he only went dark because he believed that he might be able to save his mentor through that power...Cynder was just there to tell him that such powers will only suck him into a state of mind that can corrupt him...

but he wasn't going to attack her...

when ignitus died, spyro turned like, dark and was gonna try and kill cynder. but then he realized how she cared for him and turned good again
hard to explain, but XD he has control over his dark power. trust me..
may i remind you if you collect the 3rd set of armor for spyro and wear it, you get the dark power that was used when you were dark spyro for TEN.

It's really not complicated lol...

When Spyro was exposed to Malefor's powers in the well of souls...he now carries that piece of darkness with him always.

Spyro's actions in DotD were a clear example of him losing control of his emotions...causing him to feel nothing but sadness..anger...hate......all the things that Malefor represents.

Kinda like a black suited spider man. It's a very good power...but you will lose yourself to it if you don't control it.....which thanks to Cynder Spyro could.

Not exactly that would ruin the entire sotry I have no doubt in my mind when I say this Spyro is not the Dark Master.

I think that when Spyro was hit by that beam the dark master's spirit stayed with him and throughout the game he will go dark for a split second or speak in a strange voice as the dark master tries to control him. At the end something should happen to make Spyro become the dark master, the changes should happen when Spyro experiences a strong emotion and because he starts falling in love with Cynder it becomes a real problem.

Anyway, thats enough of me going on and on about my theory

i doubt it but spyro has experienced the dark master's power when the convexity vortex hits spyro in the eternal night............

Perhaps thats why Cynder was so terrified when she saw Spyro had been corrupted by the dark power. Dunno. I guess we will have to wait for the 3r game to come out. *bashes clock* GO FASTER!!!!
