First get a really strong Pokemon that knows sand-attack and a paralyzing move (go to the move tutor with heart scale from the underground, if not then you can just switch the Pokemon around until Heatran is paralyzed and can barely hit you) then go to Heatran and save the game in front of it before battling it. Let out the sand-attack Pokemon first and use it on Heatran. Then battle it down to red HP, finally paralyze it. After that just keep using Ultra balls or dusk balls on it, you should buy LOADS. If it faints because it used Struggle after running out of moves then just turn the game on and off again. Hope this helps!

Oh ok. Well, I had to look that up 'cause I really didn't know, but this was the best help I could find. (found it at YahooAnswers)

To activate the Mystery Gift option in Diamond/Pearl, go to the third floor of the TV Station in Jubilife City. There, you'll find a guy who'll talk to you and ask you for some comments. Reply first with "Everyone Happy" and next with "WiFi Connection". This should activate Mystery Gift for you.
Some of the words may not be immediately available--you might have to get further in the game to unlock them. If you need more help, try serebii.net

You mean when you answer those questions to that T.V. reporter and you are shown a list of words to answer her question?

Not really, me and my brother just had Pokemon Ruby, Sapphire and Leaf Green between us and I had a friend who has Fire Red. The rest is just being patient enough to find the Pokemon and evolve all of them. I would love to battle you (or anyone for that matter), but I don't have wireless. I will post as soon as I do though, we have a laptop and are in the process of getting it set up.

Ouch...sorry to hear that. How long ago was it that you lost your Diamond?
And P_F (phoenix_flyer) you had ALL of the pokemon? (Excluding the event ones) You must be a pro! *Bows to you*

Woah, gutted. I lost my Pokemon Sapphire, I had collected all of the Pokemon you could get except the Event Pokemon (like Mew and Celebii). So I know how you feel.
