He looks similar to the old style but the chest seems to pop out and the fins running along the back of his neck to the tail seem too thin. They are spikes, not wing-like fins! Other than that... I'm cool with the look.

People seem to love it when he looks cute... who says he's suppose to? Dragons arn't always known to look cute. Also the eyes were not black in the original games, they were purple. You just need to look closer.

I adore his new look. alought I have to admit there could be some improvements but for the most part I like it. I even think that ANB and TEN spyro are cuter than old spyro. because when I look back old spyro wasn't all that cute but then again I think that was part of how the graphics were back then. oh well. one of the japanese spyro styles were pretty cute.

he looks so diffrent because insted is having a big cartoon head, they made it smaller for the movie... i have no idea what the eyes are about though lol

I was already a little bit disappointed in his appearance in TLoS (all games), but okay, I got over it since the gameplay and graphics are very, very good.

But THIS?!? *Faints, 2 lives left, looks for purple box*

I HOPE the movie will be good...

the spyro in the movie poster is horrible i believe. it has been rendered into 3D for some reason(like its going to make the movie any better. im not ranting on the movie i just think that too many movies are in 3D right now.) I think the Legend of Spyro look is better. he doesnt look as extream as he did before. he now looks more determined than in the classic spyro games. so i think the movie spyro is not going to look as good. they need to release some more movie images with more characters in them so we can judge them too.

I don't know, i haven't seen. His DOTD appearance was cool, but you know the little xbox icon for the game? That sorta freaks me out he is like O_o

Well, of course, being one of the oldschool spyro fans, the original version will always look better. I mean, quite frankly, they made him worse once ownership of the series got sold.

Nonetheless, I think that the new movie Spyro looks neat. His scales have grown, his body has gotten bigger, and his wings and horns have matured.

The eyes, however, are a no-no. Originally, they were black. You then see them as purple. Now, blue ?
