Upload the image, and the image website gives you a link or URL of the image. Then, PM Spyrorocks the link.

Okay, go to Photobucket or Imageshack and upload the image. Then, post the link of the image to Spyrorocks in a Private Message to him. From there, Spyrorocks can get to the picture, save it to his computer, and resize it.

i know that i just learned it i just cant get the right size. also i dont know how to pm a picture

You could PM it to someone and have them resize it for you.
Other wise you can open the picture in paint and crop unwanted parts of the image or you could hit ctrl+W to open the resize panel. Then select the percent that you want to decrease your picture by in both the width and hight and hit okay.
The percent should start out at 100% to make it smaller select something under that like 50. You can always undo it if you don't like how it looks and try again with a different number.

you can get a picture anywhere. a website, your camera... if you have MS Paint you can even draw your own picture
