I just never really liked the smileys on this forum, honestly.

The size of .gif files are based on their size, quality, and length. I've made .gif's from movie video to add to and animate my cellphone background - those files were around 40 mb in size.

Not really, gif files aren't really that big. If people overuse them, though, as with any images, it might be a different story. I'm not saying all the emoticons should be animated, but a few would be nice.

I just never really liked the smileys on this forum, honestly.

Moving emoticons are cool, but too many might eat up bandwidth and slow down a computer with poor internet access.

If someone on here would like to do a smiley pack, it would be fine with me. If it was pretty well made id install it and replace the current smilies.

I wouldn't really say they suit the style other than the fact that their color happens to match. =/

You know, that would be pretty original if this forum had its own smiley pack that one of our members made. Never going to happen, but still.

This has been suggested a long time ago (by me). I think admin is content with the emoticons we have now, but I don't really like them much. I have a feeling he downloaded the pack just for the hobo and exploding ones, tbh.
